Our Point of View
There is a wonderful feeling that we experience when we find that life’s challenges are equally matched by our mental ability to overcome the challenges. This mental ability drives the successful outcomes that we believe are necessary for satisfaction and success. When we are alert, focused, calm, peaceful and mentally energized we experience the great feeling more and more. We call the wonderful feeling JOY! Good mental performance is driven by good sleep performance and good sleep reguires good mental energy reserves that support good sleep in all of the sleep phases. We know that we have slept well, when we wake re-energized, mentally vigorous, enthusiastic and ready to take on life’s challenges with optimism and capability. With good sleep, our attitude is one that seeks opportunity to succeed. Our brains conclude that things are just as they should be!
Our Lesson Plan
Tutor brains to learn to be efficient during the day and the brains will build up the mental energy reserves necessary to support good quality sleep performance. Neurofeedback is an assistive technology process that can teach these brains to function efficiently. As these brains begin to learn to use mental energy wisely, they begin to sleep better and soon discover more ability to stay focused and perform more effectively and successfully. Joy follows in earnest!
