When brains are persistently and chronically unable to maintain mental energy reserves, concern within the brain rises. The concern evolves around the brain’s self-awareness regarding the decline of cognitive and physical performance. The brain grows hyper alert and consumption of mental energy rises leading to more mental fatigue and exhaustion. The fatigue and exhaustion are experienced in terms of sadness (depression) over the loss of ability and energy resources. Sleep quality is diminished and low mental energy due to poor sleep begins to repeat regularly until hope starts to drode and pessimism grows. These cycles habituate and automatically drive the individual brains to negative hopeless conclusions.
