You find that you can’t think clearly. You feel mentally overloaded or just simply mentally fatigued to the point of feeling stuck. We call the sensation associated with these symptoms, “brain fog”. It is an up-to-date way of saying sensory overload. You have been dealing with so much information that it has left your brain feeling like you’re in a fog and can’t seem to find your way out. Planning, organizing, setting goals or just getting to your to-do list, cause you to want to put things off (procrastinate) until you can think more clearly. You are likely feeling bored and if you can’t find something interesting to do with your brain, you will likely begin to feel anxiety. Your sleep quality is predictably not good and you are waking tired. You need a plan to fix it (make the fog lift).
