Our Point of View

ADHD in our view, is about the brain’s INABILITY to stay focused and be consistent, when attempting to pay attention. Poor focus is accompanied by a distractingly busy mind state. The busy aspect or anxiety is reflecting the brain’s concern over unstable availability of mental energy. Unstable mental energy can also be understood as mental fatigue brought on by the brain’s poor sleep performance. The hyperactivity component is about body tension that builds when the brain has been under stress for extended periods of time. Physical movement is used to drain the built - up tension in the body and to increase mental alertness.

Our Lesson Plan

Tutor your brain to learn to be efficient during the day and the brain will have mental energy reserves necessary to support good quality sleep performance. Neurofeedback is an assistive technology process that can teach your brain to function efficiently. As you began to learn to use mental energy wisely, you will begin to sleep better and you’ll find more ability to stay focused and perform more effectively and successfully.
